About ME
My Family
Peggy has been my faithful partner in this journey for nearly 30 years. We have served side by side in ministry for most of that time. Peggy is a passionate follower of Jesus and brings a wealth of talents and abilities into the Kingdom work we do together. We are blessed to have 3 record breaking kids. Shaylin, our oldest is married and serves in ministry with her husband Billy outside of Charlotte, NC. Ashleigh, our other daughter, is graduating this year from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma Wa. and plans on becoming an occupational therapist and wants to specialize working with kids. She is a gifted singer and has a huge heart! Cameron is our youngest and just graduated from High School. He is a talented athlete, musician and all around cool dude. He will be starting his college career soon.
What Drives me?
I have had the pleasure of serving in pastoral ministry in several churches across the country from Church plants to large congregations. My primary focus has been in worship/programming, teaching, connections/groups and discipleship. I have a proven track record of growing every team I have ever been entrusted with and I am excited at the potential of teaming up with you. I easily connect with people and have demonstrated significant abilities to gather people together, cast vision, and to equip and release them into action.
Other stuff I like
I love motorcycling, golfing, travel, road trips, the beach, the mountains, working out and great food! I continue to develop and use my musical skills as a professional musician, recording engineer and songwriter. My strengths are relational leadership, visionary thought and programmatic execution. I have worked hard to effectively expand my technical, strategic and structural leadership capacity. I will be finishing up my masters degree through Fuller Seminary in 2021 and I am excited at the potential of teaming up with your organization in order to work together to fulfill God's purposes.
